VE Learn - Can't get BLMs in line
I am having problems getting the VE learn to settle at 128. The BLMs are about 132 +/- and the INT is 128 +/-. This is happening after I increased injector flow to address high 90s DC.
Some background: I have a slightly modified LO5 with stock ported heads, mild cam, 2" bored TBI, bored TBI spacer. When doing a NB learn at the lower pressure the BLMs fell into place nicely. Because I was pushing the DC into the mid 90s I increased the injector flow. After increasing the pressure I did WB learn and the actual AFR and commanded AFR are in line and the DC is 85%.
I am running E10 so I set the PE to 12.3 (=12.8*14.7/12.1). Stoich for gas is 14.7 while stoich for E10 is 14.1. The WB reads stoich at 14.7 so I was targeting PE of 12.3. I did this to insure I was not too lean at WOT and OL.
RBob pointed out in an earlier thread that tuning for E10 is a can of worms. I am still using 14.7 as the targeted AFR. Is my problem related to E10? Are there other adjustments I need to make?
I am going slow: starting with stock bin and creeping along with incremental adjustments. I have not touched the SA Table yet and I am getting no retard. Will increasing SA help?
Also, the knock counts shown on the EBL are essentially zero using the WB while they are extremely high using the NB. Why?
Again thanks for any suggestions you can provide.

BLMs at 132+- and INT at 128+- is decent. These will vary according to fuel, humidity, and the phase of the moon (not really, but it sounds good).
The knock part isn't good. When you say by NB and then by WB, are you switching between closed and open loop? If so that can cause the knock issue. In closed loop targeting stoich, that is the most knock prone AFR ther eis.
In open loop the AFR is usually richer or leaner then stoich (less prone to knock). And knock is not nearly an issue as it is in closed loop. Only thing you can do it to either back off the timing or increase the octane of the fuel.
