HSR and Bullet Racing BossHoss Special cam

My T/A have the following engine config:

-88 350 TPI (MAF)
Removed; AIR and EGR
Bullet Racing BossHoss Special cam (dur@050 220/225, lift 510/525)
HSR (with Kirban adj FP set @ 47psi)
Ford Motorsport 24lb
Stainless Steel High-Flow Valves
High Performance Springs (0.55”)
Comp Cams Heavy Duty Racing Springs Retainers
(3-Angel Valve Job Mill Heads Stage 2/3 Portwork)
-991 iron heads 75cc *
1.6 Stainless steel RR
Headders (short) and race cat.

Now to my problem; Most of these modifications were done prior my purchase of this car. The car have never run good but now finaly i´ve managed to make a bin based on APYU3516 and now the car runs nice but its not as powerfull as I would have expected with all these hardware mods. The changes I've made that at least makes the car run without setting of different SES codes are as follows:

Disabled EGR & AIR
Idle RPM set to 800
Single/Double Fire FI size @40 set to 24
MAF High Diag. Error Threshold set to 60grams/sec (to eliminate code 33)
ALDL spark adder set to 0

That's it. Right now i'm adjusting the MAF tables since it runs rich during certain conditions. But what else should i do to get the advantages of the HSR, Cam, RR etc? It honestly feels the that car runs slower/weaker than a stock engine!? I still have a problem with lean popps despite o2 reporting rich mixture...How is this possible. I've tried with the ARAP spark adv table without any noticeable difference. Any help appreciated

* I' not sure which heads i really have but searching on the cast number gave med this two answers:
"3998991 heads have a 74.5 cc chamber, were on the '68 to '79 305 and 350. Stock valve size should be 1.72 and 1.5."

"The head castings you listed were used on the 307 and 350 engines in 72-73 and are also used on some of the goodwrench crate engines (low budget) hencho en mexico engines. In another words these are shitty 75cc trash heads."
