Replacement MAF sensor?

When needing to replace your MAF sensor, what would be my best option as far as tuning/durability goes? I would like to get a brand new one from GM, however I cannot seem to find any available Bosch ones. Every place I talk to has either brand new Delphi or reman AC Delco ones.

Thanks.

Re: Replacement MAF sensor?

I have a Microtech (same thing as Granatelli) and it causes some issues but it runs. I need to get the car datalogging to get the thing dialed in just right. Personally I'm starting to invest in a SD setup because I've had 2 mafs flip out on me, I don't know if it's the wiring (maybe the plug) or the mafs going nuts but I'm tired of it. As for 800 bucks for a replacement maf, PLEASE; you could get an entire stand alone engine management computer for that.
