145MPH Chip Burning?
Hey Everyone,
Ok how hard is it to burn a chip on my own? What tools do I need to get this done?
The question: I want to go over 110MPH simple as that. I have 145MPH cluster.
My car is a 91 Z28, Automatic.
if so how much would some of you guys charge me to get this done on my stock chip? if so please PM with the info.
Thanks. Tony.

but yes, you can change your fuel cut speed very easy once you have the tools. in this diy section its pretty much looked down on to burn chips for people and charge them. so you may not get any pm's. what we try to do is, if your into modding your car at all and would like to tune. point you in the direction of the tools, and answer questions along the way.(as we can, a lot of us only know so much, but a few are just scary smart about this stuff) the learning curve is steep at first and requires a lot of reading. but its fun once you get a handle on it.
not only will you be able to adjust your speed cut, you can adjust your rev limiter, you fan turn on temps. all fueling and spark tables. just tons of stuff.

there's a sticky above that does a good job of explaining it all.
