Re: first datalog
i havent quite grasped map values yet. what exactly is high and low map? should it be as lean as it is in my table? from what i understand i need to change all my values in my table to be 128+/-5

128 +/- 5 is a good goal, especially your first time tuning. be sure to disable CCP and EGR while doing this because they can get you stuck in a loop that's ALL kinds of pain.
MAP is another way of describing intake vacuum or pressure. a low MAP value(say 20kPa) means a pretty strong vacuum, like if you are in a fairly low gear at a high speed with no throttle.
a high MAP value(let's say 85kPa) means the engine is under considerable load, like in 4th gear with the TCC locked and heavy throttle. above ~105kPa is considered boost. ~210kPa would be around 14.7PSI

in my bin file under flags it says some are set or not set. i assume set means its on and not set is off?

Re: first datalog
that's probably due to the 7747 ECM not putting out a TPS% in it's datastream, so someone made a conversion based off of a known good voltage and you're is just below it.
