Engine starts then stalls when warm.

Fairly regular, but always re-crank and it stays running. Not sure which table/area to focus on in the chip. I don't think I should touch the crank fuel tables, but the "startup enrichment vs coolant" is looking like it might need some attention.
Now my ride just started doing this, and the only thing that has changed recently is the MAF sensor, which is the newer Microtech electronic type. I have been messing with the fuel mixture quite a bit to get it right. This sensor is waaaaay different than my stock sensor.
I am also wondering about the IAC park position. Does it use this constant ALL the time, for every start-event? Or does it go by the "Warm IAC park vs coolant" table? My park position is quite a bit different from where the table is at 80degC.
I am hoping this is a fairly common issue....

O come, nobody has any input? I'm also looking at a table called "startup spark advance vs coolant". My table has all 0's in it. So what are other folks using for this? I imagine it really only helps if you have a highly modified engine, with lots of compression.
