BLM's
What tables control BLM levels? I've adjusted my VE tables and had BLM's all in the 120-130 range, but my wideband would read lean and I would have lean condition hesitations. If I re-adjust my VE table so the wideband readings are proper, the car runs perfectly, but BLM's float from 96-126. Any tips/ideas would be much appreciated, or should I even bother worrying about this, this tune feels great.
Quick info on engine:
355 SD TPI - AXCN BIN mixed with S-AUJP base.
Comp 08-305-8 @50 220/230 .510/.510
Edelbrock E-street heads 64cc 2.02/1.60
36lb Bosch injectors
43.5 PSI, Holley AFPR
EGR Delete, Charcoal Delete, Cat Delete, AIR Delete.

Re: BLM's
Is your WB calibrated recently?
Are you using your NB02 to report for BLM/INT?
If the above two are "yes" I would look at your BPC. If you change it I believe it will affect A/F in PE.
If WB is calibrated I would trust its #'s as real.

WB is calibrated. I've even swapped from Bosch to NTK and it gets the same readings.
Not sure on the NB reporting, i'm pretty green in the Tuning dept.

Re: BLM's
I am using the NB for sure, my WB is just hooked to my gauge.
How do I adjust my BPC?
all I could find are TBI specs:
BPC = 1461.5 * (Cyl Size/Grams of fuel Second)
BPC = 1461.5 * (.725/4.54) = 233 - Is that correct for my car?

Re: BLM's
If you want to "shift" the cruise AFR you would adjust the O2 tables.
Look at the spreadsheet that was packaged with the S_AUJP files.
Shows a graph of the values and you can plan how to move them together. Changing only one table will cause problems.
Don't go overboard with changes, move them until you can see the results. A change of 25-40 will show a change in operation at the point you want it. Experiment and see if that does what you want, If not you can put them back to the original values and try something different.

Re: BLM's
how do you shift the O2 tables?
Is there any other tables I might want to look at? Currently my BLM's fluctuate from 110-126, car runs/pulls fantastic, although I get a little bit of backfire when WOT shifting from 2-3-4. Taking it to the track (rain permitting) tomorrow.

Re: BLM's
Sounds like the NB O2 sensor is bad. If the O2 tables are set correctly, and the ECM useing the NB O2 for feed back. If the engine/BLMs are way off, then the NB O2 isn't reporting properly.

Re: BLM's
Ok, well I tried changing the AFR to 14.0, that made things worse. I set it back to 14.7, then focused more on my VE table and leaned it out 5% from 20Kpa to 80Kpa, leaving my WOT (90/100Kpa) alone. Better driveability, better fuel mileage and I can still drop the hammer and pull hard.
