Hey I was just wondering if they still make the prominator and if they do where can I get one? I just did the 350 TPI swap in my 91 RS and in need of a tune because of the cam I installed. Any info would be great. Im using the 730 ECM too.

"MrBill" was the forum member here who made them originally. His website for Speedtronics is no longer up that I can find.

There was a thread here about Craig from www.Moates.net making an alternative of a somewhat similar nature. Can't say if I found what was being referred to but, I didn't try to look very hard either.

Take a look at this link to see if it will work for you.

Others here will know far more than I.

There's always the EBL as well.

Does anyone know if the ostrich 2.0 is any good? Has anyone had any problems with it?

Re: Prominator

I have 2 Ostrich 2.0s.

One is "permanently" installed in my Datsun, and has been for over 2 years, the other I use on my test bench or for tuning other vehicles.

Re: Prominator

The Ostrich 2.0 is easy to install and use.

I use the emulator interface of Tuner Pro RT, which makes using the Ostrich 2.0 very easy.
