Yes. Just double check which ECM is being used first. A '90 TPI will use the '7730 which has two black connectors and a yellow or light-green third connector.

Note that the ECM may also be labeled (Service Number) as the 16198262 or 16196344. All three are the same.

At a minimum the data logging cable. If the N2O controller feature is used the arming switch wiring will need to do the same.

So that is all I need to know to order? Just debating on the TT-1 or AEM wideband right now? Any kind of deal on the TT-1 if bought with an EBL?

Sorry, no price break on the TT-1 when purchased with an EBL. There isn't much margin on the TT-1 unit. The problem is with the Bosch sensor. In order to get an accurate reading the electronics gets expensive, which is unfortunate. Hard to compete on price with the other stuff out there.

Here's a question Bob. I already have the EBL Flash for my TBI car. Can I send it to you and convert it to work with a 91 L98 car? or do I have to purchess the P4 system? I would like to retain the use of the EBL system even after I swap to the LT1 in my current car.

A little confusing, a '91 L98 car would be better off with the EBL P4 ECM. It is plug & play with that vehicle.

If you swapped an L98 into your car the EBL ECM can be used when updated with the Port Mod. Only other change would be to wire up for the injectors, TPS, and IAC.

I'm swapping an LT1 into my 88 and I'm getting another Camaro which is a 91 L98 car. So in other words I'm better off just getting the P4?

Yes, for the '91 L98 car the EBL P4 is the one to get. Unplug the stock ECM and plug in the EBL P4 ECM, slide back into holder. Otherwise it is a whole bunch of re-pinning and adding a VSS buffer and knock filter.

Bob, Turbo Bob Bailey is getting ready to introduce the scanmaster for the 730/749, is/can the EBL P4 be scanned the same way as the stock ECM using the ALDL as a reference....

The important parameters in the ALDL stream match up. That is MAP, RPM, injector PW, SA, knock, and so on. The trouble codes are not in the stream (but blink out correctly and are reported via the WUD), and some of the status flags are not in the ALDL stream.
