With the APU1 set for "moderated" mode, check device manager for the correct port it is connected to. It should be listed there if it is found.
Edit the port settings and change the latency per the instructions.
(set to 1 IIRC) and save/exit.
Then confirm the port is setup in TP correct.
After that, try to connect in pass through mode with the switch away from the connector on the AutoProm.
