Transmission: 2 Sp Powerglide
Axle/Gears: 3.55
Average MPG in adx
I currently use A217_OD_V250 with tunerpro and it does a great job. I run the dash just to keep up with whats going on.
Does anyone have the formula or is it possible to get the dash to compute average MPG? The current dash (.adx) file has instant MPG, that is helpful, but having average would be better for me.

The problem is that you need a stored value to calculate from.
Probably does not exist so it would be needed to be added in with custom code as well as the averaging routine.
Exporting from a log or making a histogram can give you average values in defined cells. That's what I do for different speeds and loads.
