Just downloaded new Tunerpro RT

And I have a couple of questions:

Is there still an "item finder" somewhere?

Can I use my previous tunerprort registration key? I believe it was a TPK file? Does anyone remember?

The V4 registration won't work with the TP RT V5.

To find things I use ctrl+f, I'm not sure if you're asking about a different way of finding things.

So, do I have to buy a new registration?

The old TunerproRT had an option for "item finder".....where you could search for words. However, if Cntr-F works I'm ok with that.

So you have to pay for the license again?

"Item Finder" is the same as Ctrl+f. Open V4 and look to the right of Item Finder in the tools menu.

In V5 it was renamed "Parameter Finder." It's also under the Tools menu. I just opened both V4 and V5 to verify.

If you upgrade to V5 it's a small fee, IIRC $15. Since the release of V5 I only had to pay for first V5 and got all other updates free.

What makes V5 better than V4?

I have V4 but the dashboard in V5 looks interesting and might help with datalogging and live emulation tuning. There's probably other features too but I'm not sure.
