melted my chip holder, need new one! (maybe 2)

I set my plastic chip holder on the stove while water was boiling, and Im new to this whole gas stove thing and well, it melted.

I cant find anything to identify it by, I cant google it up, I cant find anything here... What do I do? All the yards here have the ecus removed so i cant just take one like its a heater ****

Itd be nice to have a couple so I could stop swapping chips into the carrier so much too. post me a link and i'll buy it.

its just the little black chip holder that the tbi applications use to... i dunno. correctly orient the chip I guess. You gotta pop the eprom outta it and stick a new one in, seat the legs and then reinstall.

they can easily be found on gm tbi trucks and older cars . the notch in the holder matches the dot or notch on top of the eprom.

fyi: I don't use the plastic holder because I switch chips soo much. I've only ran into a few times when the chip lost contact and the ECU went into flashing light of death mode.

I think I have one at home somewhere. I stumbled accross it occasionally. I will look around this weekend. No promises I can find it.
