LT-1 tuning TunerPro questions

Hey guys, brand new to this software,

and YES.......... i have read most all of the literature available on this site about it, so don't get defensive right off the bat. hahaha i haven't found an answer to this yet

OK... so, i am wondering how tunerpro is set up, and what capability it has.

I have used a bypass module for the VATS on my 3rd gen LT-1 swap, but i still need to do things like; turn off various sensors. Before i download and install TunerPro, i'm wondering if it has capabilities like that, possibly in a page by page check box format while "setting it up".

I have a software for Hayabusa tuning, and it DOES in fact have a lot of those options. you start with the software downloading a base tune, or comparing it to a factory specific base tune, and then you start from the first screen and check various options that you want or don't want, and set things however you see fit and eventually get to things like fuel curves, pulse width, RPM, blah blah blah. and ultimately, you burn the prom..

Does this do that?

Also, with that software, i had to have a SECOND piece of software installed that actually did the reading and burning of the chip..

is this the same way?

Is there any way

I haven't downloaded this software yet, and i know there are various options to software, another being tunercat, but i'm not sure what i want to go with, and i'd prefer not buy or install anything until i figure out what people TODAY are using, not, people in who posted in 2005, plus my other questions..

thanks!
