need help tuning ITBS

Ok im running a 4bolt main 350 with about 11.5 comp. and F/I ITBS with a mechanical 700r4 running a 92 camaro computer with ebl p4 comp. Car runs great and revs great. But if i start from a dead stop it bogs down and when it shifts to the next gear it bogs. But if you are at WOT at a roll it runs fine but you have to let off the throttle before each shift and it wont bog. BTW the whole time it is doing this the P.E light is on the WUD tuning with tunerpro The itb set up with map sensor is set up with vacuum line under each throttle body into a manifold then to the map sensor. Thanks for any input

Can you post a data log? In .CSV format with a single header, nearly anyone can look at it.

I don't know much about the EBL setup but I tuned mine with ITB's on a regular '7730.

AE was one of the biggest issues, getting that dialed in took a while.

Other things were adjusting the PE mode settings so that it wasn't always flooding out because of the low vacuum signal.

I spent a couple years dialing mine in, if you post up a log i may be able to help.

Re: need help tuning ITBS

The Intro to Tuning Parts 1 & 2 on our web site are helpful. Part 1, about halfway down starts with using the WUD. Note that there is also a WUD help file installed on your laptop (along with 2 other documents).

Once you have a data log can zip & post the raw .dat file, or, run it through the WUD Analysis display creating a .CSV with a single header.

Then zip & post that. For posting the .CSV is usually best as anyone with a SS can view it. It anyone emails be a log file I prefer the raw .dat file.

You running n-Alpha at idle, thats what I would do if you can with the EBL, I had a hard time with a X-tau system for ITB's, the weak map signal made it a pain, the ecu was a Wolf ems, I put it in n-Alpha at idle with an idle qualifier, I set it under 1200rpm, then just set a target AFR and timing at idle, worked great.

I got the idle down packed its just when you go to take off in WOT it bogs for a sec then goes and also it bogs right after a shift at WOT. but if you drive normal the truck runs great no problems. Side note at WOT when you are already rolling you let off before each gear and it won't bog. Just to let to let yall know

Re: need help tuning ITBS

Yes it should be in pe at wot, pe is power enrichment, yeah its much harder without a wb but you should be able to see the mvolts of the nb o2 and see if its going rich or lean, anything lower then .900mv would be lean at wot.
