Dumb question.

I have 88lb9 all stock as far as I know and sat forever

It is running lean. At first I thought rich since bad o2 and new wb read rich and went bad but I had spark problem so not firing

As I made it to open loop Blm all are 150+

Played with maf#1 and bpw tables and for averages I the high 130 and sounds better. Rpm not running away or getting as hot and my tps iac calibration worked much better this go around

My ECM is 165 but has junkyard chalk on it. Chip says 2174 akfm

My injector constant read 20.89 in the bin. Is this normal for a 305? Should it be 19 stock? If so could explain my global lean issue
