Code59 7730 WB AFR datalog problem
Ok I am running a 7730 ECM with code59 bin, moates adapter, ostrich2.0 emu, LM2 WB and Tunerpro RT 4. I am trying to hook up my LM2 to read the AFR in Tunerpro RT. I have the LM2 analog output + wired in pin F14 of the ecm and - in ecm ground. Problem is nothing is reading in TUNERPRO under "Actual AFR". It stays at 10 so it's not communicating. Am i missing something? Code59.org is down right now so i cant research it. Thanks.

You need to set the WBO2 flags for your WBO2 controller.

Have you checked the voltage at the pin? Also verify the pin.

Re: Code59 7730 WB AFR datalog problem
I verified the pin is correct F14. I have the negative analog output hooked into ecm ground. The analog output is programmed for 0v - 7afr and 5v - 22afr. I just checked it and there is 5v at pin F14 with engine off ign on.

Make sure you only have one WBO2 conversion selected.
Other than that, you either have an ECM problem or it may not be the correct pin.

The only one checked is the Innovate WB. Is there supposed to be a code input to the ads file or should it be setup already? Should I try pin A3 instead?

Re: Code59 7730 WB AFR datalog problem
The ADS/ADX will already be set-up. It is a $59 ADS/ADX that you are using correct? Not a $58 (or other) ADS/ADX?
A3 is the other pin that has been used with WBO2 input, but I have not used that with $59, only S_AUJP.
I have pin F14 on my ECM as the WBO2 input on my '7749 using the Innovate selection, even though I'm using a 14point7.com WBO2 controller.

xdf and ads files I'm using were sent to me by Orr89rocz and they worked for fine him.

Verify the ground side of the signal as well to be tied in at the right place.
See if there is a change when using the "Raw" setting for the WB input.
Just see if the counts move when engine is running.
That's the other thing, it only works when engine is running.

Engine does not need to be running to read AFR of the WBO2 using $59.

Re: Code59 7730 WB AFR datalog problem
I found the problem. The pin was not making contact with the ecm. I used a paperclip to remove a pin from an old ecm connector and apparently when I removed the pin it open it up too much to where it slid over the male pin in the ecm but wasn't make contact. I closed the pin with a needle nose and plugged it back in and now I'm getting a reading in Actual AFR. I can verify that engine does not need to run to show an AFR reading in tunerpro. Thanks for the input guys(no pun intended)
