Within the "Introduction Article" that Tim wrote, there were a few more links to other sites that relate to eprom burning. But, basically DIY-EFI.ORG and this site appears to be the most comprehensive that I have found that is readily available to the general public.
GM ECMGUY has some interesting information, but I believe he passed away, so there is no new information. TunerCat's site has some links to other sites also, but they are more individuals' web-pages.

Man he had some real smarts, and experience.
He gave away so much information. All of it good.

For performance, I did a lot of trial and error. That was more to get an understanding on the effects of elevation, air temperature, engine operating temperature and their affects on tuning. I quickly found that a 160* t-stat made "consistent" tuning (so the car performs the same hot, cold, and as optimally as it can at various elevations) difficult and switched to a 180* t-stat.

Guess you missed the posting about the Source Code.
That's what is needed to be done.
Too many folks just look at WOT and some drivibility, when there is such more going on.
LOTS MORE

LOL, that is what I was thinking, but did not really want to say it out loud. when I saw a post that read "how many guys do I need to take off my hood" I quit going to that board. I figured if 20 or 25 guys had to answer that, I was moving on.

I lurked there like 5 years ago, after several months just moved on. The few times I went back to check on them, things hadn't changed. I'd thought about starting a thread about if clockwise or CCW buffing would be best. <g>

One guy is halfway through the interface of getting the mileage displays to work on the dash after a speed density swap. That isn't prom burning, but the Excel macro for taking 8000 frames of capture into Diacom, cutting and pasting that table and the Tuner Cat VE table into the program, and hitting 'Play Macro' has some pretty ingenious methods at arriving at a solid reference BLM. The first version was to check funcionality of it. The second version added a macro to scale down the file from 45MB to 300KB so it could be easily SHARED and then expanded once downloaded.
The upper VE table version is nearly complete, but there need to be checks to let a user know when the data useage would not be appropriate because some people might get caught up using it and mindlessly cut and paste. The spark retard, injector pulsewidth, and verification of actual closed loop operation has not been refined enough in the upper VE table yet and would probably cause someone to make fradulent changes if they didn't look at the data before hitting play. All in all, it is one heckuva good start for getting the VE tables squared away.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go read my "Polishing: Your Thirty Day Daily Guide to Shine"
