Once you download and install the moates drivers for USB. I think you need to select a com port first unless APU1. My computer and tunerpro connected to it right away. Also you have your correct .bin .xdf and .ads files for your vehicle?
I downloaded turner pro...and that's all I've done I connected the aldl cable and tested it. It said it picked up the aldl cable...I have not put any files in it though...that's what I'm trying to do.

Download your files from tunerpro website. You can't do anything without your correct files for your vehicle. Then once downloaded. In tunerpro go to the top and load in your files. Where it says acquisition click the drop menu and click load and should let you search your adx on PC then load. Still think you might need to download the USB drivers.
In the menu system you have options to select a bin file, a Xdf file and an ads/adx file. Just check all menus.
How do I download the USB drivers? Sorry for all the questions...I'm like so confused over all this

Moates website has them.
Does this mean it got the ads?

Looks like it, if it's correct for your vehicle. 90-92 tpi camaro.
still cant get it to connect? maybe i need a xdf file?
8 got I assume the xdf file in there I got the little things on the side to pop up the flags and scales and stuff....I just can't get it to connect to my ecm for some reason....I verified the cable is being detected and everything checks out...when I go to connect noting happens?
Finally got it to connect today....all I can view is the item list which tells me basically what the car is doing..I got a red number that red target afr and it's like at 14.7 I'm assuming I need to put the empty chip in they'd to start changing stuff on it?

Target AFR won't really change unless under wot. Your blm and ints are what you want to look at for fuel trim. 128/128 being stoich higher the number (140) would be lean. Lower number (100) would be rich. Tune to hover around 128/128,under all load conditions.

Go to the prom tuning guide book and start reading the stickies in there. Especially $8d stickys. Lots of knowledge from many men, even many moons ago.
