Sure, but you are so far off course I didn't want to be the one to tell you. From what I can tell these two changes are the only correct ones:
06/01/2016 01:53:37 Flag: VATS Select changed from Set to Not Set.
06/01/2016 01:59:16 Scalar: Minimum MAT for EGR Enable changed from 30.00 Counts (0x1E) to 255.00 Counts (0xFF).
With using the MAT to disable EGR there is no reason to change the TPS% trip points.
This flag is used to select the type of CCP solenoid, either NO or NC:
06/01/2016 02:08:39 Flag: Cansiter Purge when Output Energized changed from Set to Not Set.
Changing it will cause purge to be on when it should be off, and vice-verse.
Making these changes will allow CCP to occur at idle and decel:
06/01/2016 02:02:43 Scalar: Canister Purge - Vehicle Speed Enable changed from 1.88 MPH (0x06) to 0.00 MPH (0x00).
