Re: lean cruise
They are listed under the "HiWy - " parameters. There are a handful in the scalars near the beginning of the XDF. Be sure to set the minimum MPH to a minimum of 45 - 50 MPH. Too low causes driveability issues: HiWy - Min MPH
The table of commanded AFR versus load is about halfway down through the tables. Right after the AE tables:
HiWy - AFR

Re: lean cruise
For engine safety, I just wouldn' advise playing with this without a WB O2 telling you what you're actually getting. Especially now that youd intentionally be trying to run lean. I have mine set to run about 16:1 actual AFR.

If you're using an $8D mask, make sure the Force BLM Idle Cell CCP %DC threshold is set to 0.
IIRC, having values greater than 0 can get you stuck in BLM Cell 4 during non-idle operation when the CCP becomes active, and can interfere with getting into Highway Mode.
EDIT: Just saw that you're running the EBL, so this comment may not apply.
