How injector deadtime affects PW

So.. I swapped my 42# SVO injectors for some 60# Deka injectors. Same fuel pressure.

I think my injector deadtime / latency is wrong. I got the numbers from posts on the internet.

At the end of the day, my commanded pulsewidth with the 42# was about 3.0-3.5 msec at idle producing a 13.5 AFR.

With the 60# deka injectors, I'm commanding around 4.0 msec to maintain the same 13.5 AFR.

I would have expected the larger injectors to operate at a shorter pulse width.

To get everything 'norma', I had to increase my VE table substatially (after changing the injector constant from 42 to 60).

Anyhow, does this sound like incorrect latency / deadtime screwing up the PW calc ?

Or pooched injectors?

Would think as you that the PW should be lower leading to belief the internet voltage offsets are incorrect. What about idle at low PW because that's another table that requires the injector manufacturer's values?
