In tune pro is there a way i can take a sa table from one bin and put it in another?

Correct, the values when changed will be red. After you do the paste save the .bin

There is a flag table for code 32 and vats.
Disable them there.
As for the egr to disable it there is a manifold air temperate setting mat vs egr. You need to max this value.

If you have trouble finding something there is a parameter finder in the tool bar.
