Will Flash Eproms work with a Homemade Programmer?

Unfortunately, I cannot answer this because I use Xtronic's Pocket Programmer. Based on the "trials and tribulations" I had with Xtronic's Window Version of the PP software, I will say that the software is going to be key.

Glen, one of my bodies i sbuilding me the programmer and he says it comes with software. I have not look into the software myself but i guess it would be the best time to do it.
Is there anything that I should be looking at that would work with Flash Eproms? (extention name)
