Adding a cat

Planning on adding a cat in place of a straight pipe when I first bought the car. Have kept the same tune for quite sometime. Can’t really mess with tuning right now since my newborn. My nb o2 is in driver side header. No wide band as of now. My guess is no but wanted to make sure and plan this later down the road if need be. Thanks for any help!

Re: Adding a cat

Sorry does adding a cat pass the 02 affect the air/fuel readings? My guess is no but wasn’t sure. Thanks for feedback!
Hsr tune already established. Was hoping to not redo any tuning until I had more time. Btw thank you for all your hsr posts! Learned a bunch through the years with your tuning info! You helped solve my lean throttle tip in as well as others.

Re: Adding a cat

As long as the O2 is ahead of the cat you should be fine.
