no. Only part 1 and 2 hold the values. The part 1 and 2 had what appeared to be real values prior to changing them. Part 3,4 and 5 all have 0000000 prior to changing them.

X16 is being used by logging parameter "BLM CELL" which I log. Will re-using this Packet offset for my new WB AFR logging parameter disable the ability to log "BLM CELL"?

no it was not replacing blm.
it looked like a timer maybe runtime. The disassembly can tell you. OEM I think was 0065. Whatever that parameter is was replaced by 0076 I think. I’m on my phone but you can verify in the patch I made or the earlier posts you made that show.
