I was reading a post " can you fry inj?" and there was mention of and ecm bench. what is it, what can you test, and how do you build one?

I can test, and develope ecm code and support hardware on mine. Uses a Farm Tractor Battery for power, so everthing can be loaded as well as in a car. At one time used a *bad* battery charger so there was in some A/C ripple in it like a car might have rather then too smooth of D/C.
