what is....

MPH LOW SPEED LIMIT FOR LOW GEAR LOCK TO UNLOCK TRANSITION. this is in the .ecu and .bin for a 89' car in winbin. I have absolutely not clue what it is. thanks for the help

Lock to unlock is when the TCC is disengaged. Visualize you're slowing down and the TCC never disengages..the engine lugs and eventually stalls when the car comes to a halt and the engine can't turn, just like with a manual trans and you don't press the clutch.

Unlock to lock is when the TCC is engaged.

The ECM decides when to engage/disengage the TCC based on VSS input, compared against the value in these fields.
