Does the pedal go soft when the bleeders are open?

that works, but I like to use a clear hose into a jar of clean fluid. have someone push and hold the brakes while you open the bleeder. (start with the pass. side) watch the bubbles go down the hose into the jar , close the bleeder before he releases the petal. repeat until there is no more bubbles. This should work. If not you may have other problems.
ps. I'm from your neck of the woods I live in FL now but I grew up in Bristol. I used to work right around the corner from riverside @ Cove Haven Marina

wow whats the odds of living that close at one time but as for the steps we have tried that.... apparrently someone put in the rubber thing wrong on the master cylinder, so as i was going through the steps it was pulling on the rubber.... and sucked it dry
One of my friends who is a mechanic told me their should be a reset switch and it was triggered since there was nothing left in it
He said it's like a little pin that can be pressed in... i dont know but if anyone knows where this is or if it even exists it would help

that is a pressure differential valve and I belive ours are self- centering. Meaning you shoudnt have to reset it. Someone correct me if I am wrong. You may have to try and bleed out the master (bench bleed) - Nat
