ok..have a EP-1 programmer from BP Microsystems. Want to burn a 16K bin into a 32K Eprom (27c256). Looks like in order to program the last half of the chip I need to set the BASE to -$4000 (leaving 0000 to 3FFF blank) to program addr $4000 thru $7FFF. This is where I need the bin in the Eprom to work correct? Using a '749 ECM with $58 code. thanks, BW


EDIT according to the DIY archives this should be correct. did burn and verified a Eprom did load the bin from $4000 thru $7FFF.

well should have the wiring squared away soon..looks like next weekend may be it..will it live? hehehe "best Dr Frankenstein chuckle"
