That's where I got the link in my first post. I'm trying to find out where I can get the bare circuit board for the project.

I guess I'm not being specific enough.

I've gone to http://www.diy-wb.com/info.htm and click on the Order DIY-WB PC Boards link (which takes you to http://208.37.117.207/wb.html) where I get a 404 page not found error.

Is there some other link on the www.diy-wb.com page that I'm missing? Or some other place I can go to order the boards?

Thanks

Is there any status report on the parts kits? I know there was a guy doing it volunteer-wise, and I sent some money for some but hadn't heard anything in a while. I know he was doing it on a volunteer basis, and hate to bug him...

I haven't ordered the parts yet. I'm thinking about ordering them direct from DigiKey or Mouser. I'm also looking for an alternative to the Honda O2 sensor connector. I'm hoping that DigiKey or Mouser has a waterproof connector that will work.

Anyone have a good source for the bung?

per Jegs Mar/Apr 02 catalog page 117-k

K/N weld on O2 fitting # 599-85-21688 $6.99

Painless wiring also has one for about the same price.

Just remember the calibration resistor is built into the connector, and that if you put the cal resistor on the board, then you have to changeg it when you change sensors.

Easier to hit a junkyard and snag the right one. They are used for various other under hood items in various applications.

Thanks Grumpy, I didn't realize that. I'll hit the junk yard.

Thanks for the bung source Saturn5.

I just ordered the parts from DigiKey and ordered the sensor from ThePartsBin for $117. My local parts store would have had to special order the sensor.

Did you have to search for each part individually or is there a way to just send them a list of the parts?

Looks like a mighty long list of parts to search for and then order but if I have to I guess I will.

I did it one by one. Took a while, and on some of the inexpensive parts (the 1/4 watt resistors for example) there is a 5 or 10 unit minimum.

There are a couple of part number errors on the list, I don't remember the exact ones, but you should be able to figure out the correct part number. If not, let me know and I'll look at my order and find them.

Ordering the parts from DigiKey is much more expensive than ordering the parts kits that are offered from http://www.ciciora.com/wbo2/ but I've heard of delays with the parts kits and I'm notorious for being impatient.

EDIT: Went back and found the errors: The part number P2049-MD is incorrect, it should be P2049-ND. Also, I could not find the LM2902N-ND part number so I did a search and found the LM2902 quad op amp under digikey part number 296-6599-5-ND.
