I found a strange wire under the hood of my IROC that is not factory. I don't know what it's connected to but it has a fuse spliced into it. when the fuse is connected the engine remains on after the key is removed from the ignition. When the fuse is out the engine cooperates, what could this wire be used for?

 

Why does everyone want to take my avatar??? Check and see if you have any wires connected to your fuse block. If there's one on the IGN slot, it will do that.
