I asked about the instrument cluster lights earlier, in another post. I cant dim them with the dimmer... I KNOW they are getting 12V from another source... I just remembered, I have two wires spliced behind the radio.. so I have SOME light.... without it, I have none... I replaced the roller switch, still no lights...where should I look now?

It is possible to cause that type of problem by hooking up the radio to the harness incorrectly. If the radio feeds 12 volts to the gray harness (instrument lights) wire, the cluster lights will not dim. Disconnect the gray wire coming from the harness to the radio & see what happens. Maybe you hooked the gray harness wire to the amp on sense output wire from the radio or the electric antenna output wire from the radio.

Tim, I did that purposly... otherwise, I have NO IC lighting... so I had no choice... when I disconnect it, I have no lights... so they arent getting power... where should I look?

The IC lights get power from the headlight switch through the 5 amp inst fuse, so of there is power at both sides of the fuse, with the parking lights on & the dimmer to full bright, the problem is between the fuse & the IC lights (gray wire). If there is only power at one side of the fuse, then the fuse is blown & there is a short some where down stream of the fuse that caused it to blow. If there is no power at either side of the fuse with the parking lights on & the dimmer to full bright, then the problem is in the light switch, or the wire from the light switch to the inst fuse (dark green).
