Your sugestions give me the courage to pull the cover on the wiper-motor-pump-delay-assembly,found a white-plastic-moving-parts close to the up left corner all covered with heavy dust over grease,stick a finger and the wiper stop,mhh, so armed with PRO tools like carburetor cleaner in left hand and Wd-40 on the remaining hand ; spray cleaner and quickly a large amount of the 40, let set for an hour pluged and the thing began to work just fine....life is good...thanks
