Where's my Horn???

Well I was troubleshooting the horn. I need it to get a base sticker (military)...
When I pulled the cover off on the steering wheel, guess what I found??

NO HORN SWITCH!! The stupid horn cap was glued on.. Also, there are no wires extending out through the steering column...

Here's my Q?
Anyone have an idea what exactly I'm missing. Looks like just the switch.
Hopefully the wires are just pushed down into the column.

I looked in my Chilton's and it doesn't really talk about the horn at all.

Info: 84 Z28, L69 5spd. tilt steering.
Thanx
Randy

If you put that down as item #1 on your list, we'll knock it out! Does the horn have to work from the steering column or anywhere?
I didn't get inspected for my base sticker

Well I've figured out that there shouldn't be any wires sticking out. The wires are connected to the horn button. hehehe

But I've got a 90's Pontiac steering wheel just sitting here. (Sold the TA, never put it in)

I'll try & use that one and see if it works.
