No signal from ECM
Yesterday I took my 82 Z28 with the LG4 engine in to see what's causing the check engine light to be on. I had checked a couple days earlier and got a code 51. The mechanic plugged in his scanner and got nothing. The check engine light in the mean time was at half brightness which I've never seen it do that before. Any ideas on what the problem may be? A new ECM would cost about 100 bucks and I'm out of luck on getting a stock prom unless it's from a junker.

not much better, but if you need to get another ECM, check NAPA for remans...could be about 60-70

Picking up a new computer Monday morning
only 86 bucks, not bad at all. Hopefully it solves some other problems I've been having :/
