Need help with alarm

Found out that i have an aftermarket alarm. Its an Excalibur AL 700 GT. Anyone ever heard of this alarm? Is it any good or is it a piece of crap? I have a switch, two led indicator lights, and a 2 key remotes. One key remote seems to do nothing, and the other one doesnt work. The led lights dont work or are not activated. The doors lock when the car is started so im assuming the alarm is somewhat functional. Any ideas on how to get it working completely? Do i need to go to a shop and have them give me a new remote?Any info is appreciated

I'd try the local audio shops, or Crutchfield, to see who sells that specific brand. If you can't get it to work, a new system, with remotes & door lock operation costs around $90, or so.
