How to troubleshoot elec. drain?

I put a new battery in my car and a new alternator after the car was showing under 12 volts all the time.....

It's still doing it.

If i hook up a volt meter to the battery it says it's aounrd 13.8 V.

I already tested the guage and it's not that.

So how do i find what is draining my battery???

13.8 volts is OK - is that at the battery? Measure the voltage at the gauges fuse. If it reads about the same (13.8), the cluster gauge is reading incorrectly.
