ok, i have a few questions... how would i go about hooking up my brights, i pull back on the brights and they dont kick on, also, how would i go about hooking my stock horn up, the guy before me had an odd problem with unhooking everything.

Chances are the previous owner just didn't align things correctly. The dimmer switch in the steering column probably needs adjusting, and if you pull the horn pad off there's a spring loaded assembly that might have been put back together wrong...thought it's pretty simple. As always, check fuses before you pull stuff apart, but those would be my guesses.
