interior lights sometimes flicker when car is stoped
when the car is at a stop and the head lights are on the interior and head lights flicker. It gets worse when I turn on the fog lights but as soon as I give it some gas or start moving the lights are fine. I was hopping someone could help me with this problem so I could fix it when I bring the car out of storage in the spring. I up a new battery in August of 99 it is a Sear's Die Hard. Thanks for any info you guys can give

Sounds like either the voltage regulator in the alternator, or the alternator is defective, or there's a poor connection in the ground strap between the block & the chassis, or the voltage sense line (small diameter red wire) to the alternator has a poor connection.
