Question about Fusebox Wiring

I mounted some foglights and bought a stock Z-28 Fog Light Switch....I want to wire my lights so that they will automatically turn off when I turn the ignition off. I look on the fusebox and there was a slot for Fog Lights....i check the wires and there is a red wire and a light blue wire.....the red wire has current with the ignition on and off....the blue wire never has current.......can i use this to wire my lights or do I have to go another route?

there should be a terminal marked "accessory" or "acc" you can use that, it should turn on and off with the key. i would use a relay though. fog lights might be too much current on it.
