fans one works one doesn't???

Hey! I was under the hood the other day (been spending way to much time there the past few weeks) when I seen only one fan working. I went direct to the fan with a hot wire and it worked. checked the relay on the passenger side had juice comming in but not out. Jumped two wires there and the fan worked. replaced the relay and the fan still does not work. Is there any other relay or something else to check?? HELP!!!

if i'm not mistaken,
one fan is suppose to come on when the computer is suppose to sence over a certain temperature <from the coolant temperture sensor> to turn on the fan.
the other fan is only suppose to come on when the A/C switch is engaged.
anyone agree or disagree?

Yep - you got a primary that comes on at a pre-determined temp, and the other will kick in if you select A/C or defrost...
