Is it just me or is the lighter in my Formula smaller than normal sized ones? I just got a radar detector that uses the lighter for the power source, but the damned thing won't fit into my tiny lighter. Haha!

Yeah, this is something I should have noticed sooner, but I don't smoke and have never had a reason to go into the ashtray. Do I need to swap in another lighter, or is there some kind of adapter I can get?

I know that -now- they're making tiny lighters... but that's really recent, like 2000-2001 cars. I think you're looney too! You should be able to take the lighter socket out of a junkyard f-body, though. Maybe the previous owner changed something.
