power accessories problem

Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 bolt
power accessories problem
I was going to the track this mourning when my radio cut out along with power locks. The windows still work fine. Checked the fusebox under the drives side and noticed that there isnt even a fuse in radio slot and i wasnt sure what fuse would be for the locks. If anyone can offer me some advice i would appreciate it.
