About 6 months ago I had to replace the ECM due to the fact that the ejectors were not running. I hadn't thought about it much untill this weekend when I started installing my Haltech. My question is: When I replaced the ECM I replaced an aftermarket one (NAPA Brand), not the stock, so its safe to say that that was the second ECM in the car and now it's on it's 3rd ECM. What causes these things to go bad, it makes me just a bit nervous to put in a $700 ECM

Any suggestions, or am I paranoid?...
