fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. it's a pain in the u know what to change it. but before u go through the trouble of changing it, try this. sit in your car half way. turn the key to the "ON" position. don't crank the engine. or u can have someone turn the key while u listen to it at the back. if the pump is good u should here it making a "whirring" sound. if it's quiet, then u'll need to change it. u can also disconnect the fuel lines from the throttle body and see if it's pumping gas. but i prefer the listening method. hope this helps ya out!

It could be your ignition module.My old Trans Am wouldnt start and i tried everything,i heard my fuel pump on and all my fuses were fine,then my dad said change the ignition module,as soon as i did,it started right up.

Ok. I turned the key to the On position...nothing. I connected power to G on the computer thing, pump turned on! I tried changing the fuel pump relay with no results. what else to try??

Ok I found the problem 
Its an in-line fuse near the battery, whenever I put in a new fuse it immediatly blows!!
Where should i look for the short??

The fuse by the battery is for the fuel pump. check the FP wiring from end to end, you will prolly find a short somewhere.

Or you can check the relay where the wires come out they are usually already bare and twisted, could be grounding out, which will blow a fuse been there done that, hope this will help!
