I just got a fog light switch from a 91 z28 to put in my car because my foglights have a external mounted switch and i dont like how it looks personaly. How do i wire it up so the switch powers the lights and also when i turn on my headlights the switc lights up? Also what would i be able to tap into for power because the fog lights are hooked directly to the battery and i would rather have them hooked up to something so they are ony on when the key isin the ignition. Also when i got this i pulled the whole faceplate beause mine has a hole in it and the ciggerette lighter filament is rusted how can i take the one out of this face plate so i can put my old one in it?

when i put the fog light switch in my 86 bird i got out the old wiring diagram and wired in the plug farly simple.
ground the black wire
the grey wire is for the night lights
i think there is a brown wire from the headlight switch that needs to taped in to

double check the wire diagram
