My speedometer in not working, my temp gauge and oil presseure gauges are not working. And I just found out that when I press my brake pedal when the car is off, my dash lights, parking lights come on. I already covered the car in holy water, what next?

Sounds like something may be screwed up in the dash (duh). Check for some wires, you may be getting a short to power or something running into another circuit(like shorting power to the dash lights from the brake switch)
Make it act up, and have a friend observe while you fool with stuff under the dash looking for potential problems. don't electrocute yourself, though! I've done it, sucks.

The brake lights, caution lights, and dash lights are on the same circuit. When you press the brakes the whole system gets grounded and bingo ya get lights. Pull out your brake fuse check for burns or scoring on the fuse, if so toss it, get a new one, then with a tiny screwdriver,(touch only one set of clips at a time.*tiny*.)gently clean off any carbon on the fusebox clips. Then gently nudge the clips from the outside edges just a smidgen closer together.*not touching* just closer, they can break! Now insert the new fuse. Wave the traditional rubber chicken over the afflicted area and you should be troubled no more.
