PLEASE HELP, W/ My Ignition Control Module
Hello All,
I have a 87 Firebird W/ the 2.8L Engine in it. I believe i have to replace my Ignition Module. My car cranks but will not start. Anyways i have a new module, but i dont know how to wire it. Looking @ it from the top, there is 4 2 big plugs, One has 4 male connectors on it, the other has 2 male connecters on it, anyways i know where those 2 connecters go, but on the other side of the module there is 2 exposed Male plugs, one says P and one says N, they DO NOT have molded plugs around them, and there are 2 wires that connect to it, a green and a yellow one, i need to know which wire goes to the P connector and which goes to the N connector, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx
Chris

The wires are from the pickup coil, correct?
If so, the green wire goes to P & the white wire, according to the shop manual, goes to N.
