I have a 90' camaro RS, and tach does not want to cooperate,it stays buried and only moves when it is started and then it only jumps backwards a little and returns to the same position.any ideas?.....

 

I have had three camaros of various years. There is a small condincer on the fire wall behind the cap. Find this and replace it. That will probly solve the problenm for a short time. As for some advice replace it with an aftermarket gage that solves the prblem on a more permanent basis.
